Michael has been involved in working in summer camp ministry since 2017 in both New York and Pennsylvania. He first went to Nepal in 2019 where he met Rajendra and Bishal and the idea for Headway International formed. Michael is currently involved in youth ministry in Colorado while making yearly trips back to Nepal for youth camps. He is the trip leader that comes from the states and organizes and directs the program each year.

Rajendra has been serving the Lord in Nepal for many years. He has a great heart for helping spread the gospel all over the country and seeing Nepal grow closer to God. He is light-hearted, hilarious, and a huge visionary. Rajendra has served as a vital role in making sure that the camps in Nepal run smoothly effectively.

Bishal has been involved in ministry since a very young age. He attended seminary in Kathmandu which has contributed to his vast knowledge and wisdom of God’s word. He is quite involved in his church and his community in southcentral Nepal and has lived out the gospel beautifully while living there. Bishal helps Headway International with much of the programming and organizing of the camps.
